We want your order to reach you in perfect condition and for your shopping experience to remain simple and transparent.
This policy explains your rights and the procedure for returns, refunds and defective products purchased through the Jazztutta online shop.

For eligible online purchases, you may notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

New consumer goods are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.

Right of withdrawal
For most products purchased online from the Jazztutta Shop, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
You must inform us of your decision to withdraw within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
After informing us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
You may notify us by e-mail or by using the model withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page.

Condition of returned goods
You may inspect a product as you reasonably would in a physical shop in order to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Please return products complete and, whenever reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Please include your order number or another proof of purchase so that we can identify your order quickly.

Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products, including:
• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
• Sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software once the seal has been broken.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once opened.
• Digital content supplied without a physical medium once performance has begun where you expressly agreed to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
Choosing between standard options offered for a product does not automatically mean that the product is personalised. We will assess the applicable exception according to the nature of the order.

Refunds
When a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, we will reimburse the payments covered by that withdrawal, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.
Any additional delivery cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method is not required to be refunded.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
We may wait until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund.

Return shipping
For a return made because you have changed your mind under the right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.
We recommend using an appropriate shipping method and retaining proof of shipment until the return has been completed.
Different rules apply when a product is defective, damaged or does not correspond to your order. In those cases, please contact us before returning the product.

Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged, defective or does not correspond to what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and, when useful, photographs showing the problem.
Consumer goods are also protected by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity. For new goods, this legal protection applies for two years from delivery.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a defective or non-conforming product may be repaired or replaced free of charge, or may give rise to an appropriate price reduction or refund.

Sale items & exchanges
Products purchased at a reduced or promotional price benefit from the same statutory consumer rights where those rights are applicable.
If you would like a different size or product variation, please contact us. Where stock permits, we may arrange an exchange. Otherwise, the original product can be returned in accordance with this policy and a new order can be placed.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
